Good morning Redwood City,
Wow! What a weekend. Christmas came early and Redwood City understood the assignment. If you missed all the Christmas fun in town, you can check out some of our coverage here.
Speaking of coverage, make sure you're following Redwood City Pulse on our all social media accounts. I know. I know. We send out a newsletter every morning, so why do you need to find us in other places? Well, on social, you'll get the stories, the photos and the videos as soon as we post them. And if major news breaks, we'll be sure to send out alerts immediately, so you don't miss a thing.
In news…
The Redwood City Council is saying goodbye to Mayor Diane Howard tonight, as her two-year term ends this month. They will then vote on a new mayor, which is likely to be Vice Mayor Giselle Hale. Hale is the most senior of the council followed by Diana Reddy, who will likely take Hale's seat. You can access the meeting here at 6 p.m.
Signing off,
Michelle
