Happy Wednesday, Redwood City!

This evening the public will have an opportunity to get a glimpse at artist renderings for the racial equity mural slated for the Jefferson Underpass. Beginning at 6 p.m., the community is invited to hop onto a Zoom webinar to give input on those mural designs and hear what the artists have to say about them.

STEM rocks!

Many 5th-through-8th grade students in the county recently got the chance to participate in a virtual STEM fair project, and more than 100 of them were selected as winners of that fair. Four Redwood City School District students were among those chosen as winners.

Congratulations to North Star Academy 7th graders Rohan Kommareddy and Aryan Agarwal, who won second place for their project, "How Should You Clean Your Hands?" And an honorable to 5th graders Veronika Leonova and Alexia Hudachek for their project, "Blooming Colors." Great job! That's really cool. To see a list of all the winners, go here.

Take Care,

Michelle
