Housing Element
I mentioned this before, but Redwood City's housing element received approval from the state just weeks ahead of the deadline, which means it will keep its zoning rights, and the so-called builder's remedy will not apply. To see what other cities are in/out of compliance, go here.
A special farewell
I want to take a moment to recognize the fantastic work Leah has done at the Pulse. The two of us built the Redwood City Pulse from the ground up, and much of what we've accomplished is because of Leah's hard work and commitment to the Redwood City community and our readers.
