In other news…

East Palo Alto's Vice Mayor, Antonio López, has officially entered the race for San Mateo County Board of Supervisors District 4. He is running for county supervisor with a focus on enhancing public safety, investing in climate-resilient infrastructure, promoting economic opportunities, and addressing housing affordability. He joins Lisa Gauthier, EPA Mayor; Paul Bocanegra, a victim, homeless and juvenile justice advocate, and Maggie Cornejo, a former county legislative aide, who all announced their candidacies earlier this year. District 4 is Warren Slocum's seat.
