Good morning Redwood City,

You might have heard last night that Impossible Foods has decided to stay in Redwood City after all. Big news. The San Francisco Business Times reports that the alternative meat company has leased 164,000 square feet of office space a the Pacific Shores Center.

And in other news, the city of Redwood City honored and celebrated the heroes of our country – veterans. The event took place in front of the Courthouse Square Thursday morning, and roughly 200 people, including veterans, family, spectators and others, were in attendance. Our intrepid reporter Leah was out there and made many new friends. Find her story here.

It's Friday, and I'm beat. We had such a jam-packed week full of news. We're getting so many great tips, comments and feedback from you guys. I read every single one of them. Thanks for sticking around. It's still very early in our launch, but we have soooo much planned for the future. So stay put and get in touch with me if you have anything to say.

I hope you have a great weekend!

Signing off,

Michelle
