Good morning Redwood City,

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, everywhere you go! I was walking along one day and suddenly I blinked and all around me the lights twinkled and homes dazzled brightly. I'm sure you've seen it, too. And if you're in the mood for even more Redwood City Christmas, then you're in luck.

This weekend the season's celebrations officially get underway beginning on Saturday at 10 a.m. as Santa Claus takes a break from delivering presents to sit down with all the good little boys and girls to snap photos. And live performances will rock the stage also beginning at 10 a.m. In fact, Saturday is jammed packed with holiday cheer. So be sure to check it out.

On Sunday, Chabad MidPen is hosting the 12th annual Chanukah Festival at the Courthouse Square!

Today's top history story is by Dan Calic and it's about the "strongest leather in the world," which was created right here in Redwood City! Check it out!

Happy 6th night of Chanukah!

Signing off,

Michelle
