What do you know about the San Mateo County sheriff's office?
Whether it's a lot or a little or none at all, some county residents want to hear from you. They're part of a group called Fixin' San Mateo County, and they've created a short, anonymous and confidential survey to better understand what you know about the sheriff's office and how you feel about having more civilian oversight of law enforcement.

In another news, a local organization called Fresh Approach brings their mobile market to Redwood City every Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Fair Oaks Health Center (2710 Middlefield Road). Fresh Approach is all about giving people access for healthy, farm-fresh, locally grown food—and you're invited to stop by for a selection of seasonal (and affordable!) fruits and veggies.
Looks like we've got a bit of rain on the horizon. Another atmospheric flood or just a light sprinkle? We'll find out.
