A quick PSA: California has doubled down on its mask mandate and vaccine requirements, making it mandatory to wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccine status. The state is also shrinking the window to show a negative COVID-19 test result for attending large events. These changes come with the recent rise of the omicron variant and a 47 percent increase in cases statewide since Thanksgiving. More info here.
