Sheriffs heating up
Yesterday, Sheriff Carlos Bolanos abruptly pulled out of the upcoming debate with Captain Christina Corpus because of what he called “biased comments made by one of the sponsors and a lack of trust of an objective forum.” Corpus, who is considering hosting a separate event to answer questions, said the voters were the ones “short-changed” by his decision.
This is just the latest development in an already very contentious race. We'll keep you updated.
