Housing
The city is expected to adopt its Anti-Displacement Strategy, a document that offers guidelines on reducing displacement caused by eviction or natural disasters. The ADS supports several recommendations around tenant protections and mobile home preservation. This isn't a study session, so the council will take action on the item.
Walk and Bike
Why walk when you can bike everywhere? The city will vote on the Walk Bike Thrive Plan tonight. The Plan is intended to create a more pedestrian and bike-friendly city that will help reduce traffic fatalities.
