Hey Redwood City,
Last night a group of residents from Sequoia Trailer Park gathered to confront the county over a long list of code violations they said they had begun to receive from officials since March. Some violations, they say, have left the residents bewildered. Move a trailer 3 feet this way or rotate a storage unit—those sorts of things. The question on their minds is, why now? Why is the county coming to these residents after all these years, maybe decades, to enforce these codes? Should they be worried about eviction if they cannot fix them in time? And by the way, what is the timeline to get these fixed? And also, why hasn't park management cleaned up their sewage and electrical issues? Isn't the county worried about that? Read more here.
We have a lot more news coming at you.
