City Council District 4
Three candidates have applied to fill in the vacancy left earlier this summer by Michael Smith in district 4. They are Eugenia Joyce Porter, Planning Commissioner Elmer Martinez Saballos and John Marini. The city plans to interview the candidates and possibly appoint one of them at Monday's council meeting. More on this later.
