Our dear mother Thelma Roberta Hughes, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2023, in Belmont, CA, at the age of 88.
Bobbie was a loving wife to John Sr., for 43 years (predeceased February 26, 2003). Cherished mother of Debbie, John (Julie), Stewart (Brenda), and Laura. Proud Grandmother of Julie, Brian, Tyler, Tina, Justin, Giovanni, Nicole and Mateo. Great Grandmother of Mason and Charlie. Also survived by many family members and friends in California and Georgia.
She enjoyed working as the manager at St Vincent DePaul in So.San Francisco for over 20 years. She was very devoted to her faith and always looked for the best in people. She loved crafts and had a passion for making jewelry.
We will forever miss her gentle soul.
