Lisa Michelle Maskarich passed away suddenly on October 17, 2023, in Redwood City, CA.
Born on May 27, 1965, to George and Dee Cereghino in San Francisco, CA. She met the love of her life, Mike Maskarich in 1982, and they enjoyed 41 happy years together. Lisa gave birth to her only child, Athena Maskarich in 1993, and Athena became the center of Lisa's universe. Lisa was an amazing and loving wife, mother, and future grandmother, with the impending birth of Anthony Silano in the coming weeks.
Additionally, she was a loving and caring friend to many, especially her extended family at the San Mateo Italian American Social Club, Redwood City/Palo Alto Elks, and the San Carlos American Legion. She is survived by her husband Mike, daughter Athena, son-in law Matthew Silano, future grandson Anthony, sister Gina Cereghino, cousins Jim Johnson, David Cereghino (Shannon), Andrea Cereghino, and Michelle (Bill) and numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Services will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 11:00 A.M., at St. Pius Catholic Church in Redwood City, with a reception to follow. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.
